How the program works

Every participant moves through the same six stages, on their own business, with their own numbers.

Intake and readiness assessment

We start with where your business actually is, not where a curriculum assumes it is.

Your pathway

You and an advisor pick which modules matter most for your business this year, and in what order.

30- and 60-day action plans

Every session ends with specific, dated commitments — not notes.

Technical assistance and clinics

One-on-one advising between sessions, plus small-group clinics to work through the sticking points together.

Introductions that matter

Referrals to lenders, CDFIs, procurement officers, attorneys, and accountants when your plan calls for one.

Exit assessment and follow-up

We measure what changed, and check back six months later.
